About the Project:
Glanz is a rebranding project for a beauty salon formerly known as "Peluquería Kalos". Located in a high-traffic area, the salon wanted to revamp its image to attract a younger, more modern clientele while moving away from its previous "neighborhood salon" image. The new branding needed to reflect the transformation of the business into a trendy, cool, and accessible space for everyday beauty routines.

Our Approach:
The goal was to create a fresh, modern identity that still felt warm and inviting. We chose the name Glanz, which means "glamour" in German, to convey a sense of elegance and sophistication while remaining grounded in accessibility. The design incorporated teracotta tones for warmth and created a stylish yet approachable look. The logo, typography, and other graphic elements were designed to appeal to a broad demographic, from young professionals to women of all ages seeking a chic, everyday beauty experience.

Custom signage was designed to be both functional and visually appealing, reinforcing the modern, elegant atmosphere of the salon.

The final visual identity for Glanz successfully repositioned the salon as a modern and stylish destination for beauty services. The new logo, brand elements, and the interior and signage designs clearly communicated the salon's shift to a more upscale yet accessible experience, setting it apart from its competitors while maintaining a sense of familiarity and comfort for existing clients. The design has helped elevate the salon's image, attracting a new, trend-conscious clientele while keeping the brand relatable and welcoming.
